HOLIDAY MINIMUM:     3 Nights with a reservation.  Non-refundable deposit.

CHECK IN AND OUT TIME IS 3 PM.   Early arrival and/or late departure cost is $3.00/hr, if site is available

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
j     Pine Valley's basic is for 2 people with additional charge for all others over age 12.  All people must be listed on the registration form.

k     Basic electric consists of all normal usage EXCLUDING electric used for any type of heating or cooling equipment.

l     Additional charge added automatically to a campsite with a 50 amp receptacle.  This includes the use of up to two air conditioner units and additional electric equaling a total combined draw of no more than 50 amps.  

m     Extra electric is charged for in addition to the basic electric charge; covers electrical usage required to operate any type of heating or cooling equipment and is subject to advance daily permission from the camp management.  This charge does NOT apply as an additional charge on a 50 amp site.

n     As determined by management.  See map shown below.

o     Additional person is someone arriving with, or a dependent of, the registered camper and staying in their principal camping unit overnight.

p     A one week notice is required for a refund of a regular deposit, less a $5.00 service charge.  Holiday deposits are NOT refundable.
