Pine Valley's basic
is for 2 people with additional charge for all others over age
12. All people must be listed on the registration form.

Seasonal: Campers using their site up to 3 days a week with an
additional 16 vacation days included. The office must be
notified when you are using vacation day(s).

Seasonal: Campers using their site at least 4 days a week.

Seasonal
Electric usage, metered at the site, will be billed by Pine Valley to the
seasonal monthly, based on the rate charged by the utility company.
A carrying charge will be assessed on all past due accounts (more than 30
days) at the rate of 1.5% per month and electric service is subject to
being turned off for non-payment. (18% annual percentage rate)

Additional person is
someone arriving with, or a dependent of, the registered camper and
staying in their principal camping unit overnight.

Will be charged for if the site is equipped with a 50 amp outlet,
regardless of whether or not the seasonal is using the 50 amp outlet. q
This deposit is for the sole purpose of covering delinquent accounts, and
not for the purpose of paying monthly electric bills. The deposit
may be waived based upon the seasonal's payment history. r
Free on site seasonal winter storage is allowed when next season's deposit
is paid by November 1. Deposit is refundable when notice is received prior
to April 15th, less the monthly storage charge. If no deposit is received
before November 1st, any stored recreational vehicle must be removed from
the site.

All visitors must stop, register and receive vehicle identification at the
office before going to the site. The visitor charge may be refunded
if visitor leaves the campground within 15 minutes. An allotment of
visitor passes are available to seasonals.
